iSirona's management team possesses a strong combination of business process, technology and general management expertise. Key individuals include:

Dave Dyell    Founder & CEO

Dave has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry. In 2004, he founded Healthcare Technology Solutions, Inc. (HCTSi), the parent company of iSirona® (www.hctsi.com), to help healthcare organizations achieve system interoperability through innovative products and services. Prior to forming HCTSi, Dave served as the vice president of sales operations for Quovadx, Inc. Dave also was responsible for forming and managing the application service provider group for Healthcare.com. He has held positions with First Consulting Group and other prestigious healthcare provider organizations.

Peter Witonsky    President & Chief Sales Officer

Peter has more than 15 years experience in business development and sales leadership in the healthcare payer, provider and vendor markets. He previously served as director of business development for North and South America while at Metrologic, where he grew the healthcare business by 200% to $6 million in annual revenue. While director of business development at Falcon Capital Partners, Peter participated in healthcare mergers, acquisitions and recapitalization projects that totaled over $200 million. Peter was responsible for sales and services to major hospital integrated delivery networks as a senior account executive with McKesson Corporation and as vice president of national accounts for Quovadx.

Dan Rounds    Chief Operating Officer

Dan has developed and delivered technology solutions to the healthcare industry for more than 12 years. Currently president of Noesis Health (www.noesishealth.com), an operating unit of iSirona, LLC, he offers extensive experience leading services organizations through operational and business development hurdles. Prior to Noesis, Dan was VP of professional services for CynergisTek, a national leader in IT security and compliance solutions. He previously served as director of advanced technologies for CTG HealthCare Solutions and as director of integration for MedPlus, a Quest Diagnostics company.

Craig Cunic    Chief Technology Officer

Craig offers 27 years of project management and product development experience, with an emphasis on integration in the healthcare arena. He brings extensive experience in integration technology, with a long track record of successfully developing products for healthcare and other industries. Before joining iSirona, Craig was vice president of product development for Quovadx, Inc. He also has led many successful integration projects for premier companies such as McKesson Corporation, EDS and Rapistan.

Jack Ehrhart, MD, MPH    VP of Medical Affairs

Jack brings over 18 years of operational experience as a practicing obstetrician — gynecologist plus an additional 17 years in applied clinical informatics for McKesson Corporation and Siemens Healthcare. He is a recognized leader in the evolution of industry-leading clinical information solutions for healthcare providers, their patients and management teams. Prior to joining iSirona, he played a key role in assisting two major HIS companies achieve record levels of clinical products, services, growth and sales.
