Dave DyellFounder & Chief Executive Officer
Dave has been CEO of iSirona since founding the company in 2008. Prior to iSirona, Dave was president and CEO of HCTSi/Noesis Health, a healthcare information technology consulting company he founded in 2004 that was successfully sold to a larger consultancy. Dave has over 21 years of experience in healthcare information technology and sales.
Peter WitonskyPresident & Chief Sales Officer
Peter has more than 20 years of experience in business development and sales leadership in the healthcare industry. He previously served as director of business development for the Americas while at Metrologic, now part of Honeywell, and as VP of business development at Falcon Capital Partners. Peter also served as senior account executive with McKesson and vice president of national accounts for Quovadx.
Philip CeeleyChief financial Officer
Phil brings over 31 years of financial leadership to iSirona. A serial entrepreneur, Phil has successfully managed and profitably grown multiple organizations, the most recent of which was Bay Logistics in Panama City, Fla. Phil also served as division controller for Compaq and as vice president of commodity financing with NMB Bank (now ING) in New York City.
Mary Carr, RN, BSN, CPNChief Nursing Officer
Mary has been at iSirona since 2008 and serves as its Chief Nursing Officer. Prior to iSirona, Mary worked at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she helped the organization achieve recognition as the nation’s first HIMSS Stage 7 pediatric hospital. Mary’s career spans 15 years in healthcare, clinical workflow analysis, process improvement, healthcare information technology design and regulatory compliance. She is a registered nurse with neurosurgery, orthopedics, trauma and critical care experience.
Scott KahlerChief Technology Officer
Scott has been instrumental to the development and innovation of iSirona since its inception in 2008. Prior to iSirona, Scott spent four years in the healthcare industry as a VP and manager of various integration products. Through his roles in managing IT departments, working for a consulting firm and serving as an independent consultant, Scott brings over 28 years of management and information technology experience to iSirona.
Patrick LeonpacherChief Operating Officer
As head of iSirona’s professional services team, Patrick manages iSirona’s software implementations and customer support. Before joining iSirona in 2010, Patrick led software development teams and professional services teams at Nortel. He has 12 years of experience in planning, managing and implementing healthcare, telecommunications and IT projects.
Polly MulfordVP of Experience Management
Polly serves as a client advocate for iSirona customers. Prior to joining iSirona, she spent nearly a decade at AHA Solutions, a division of the American Hospital Association. In her role there, she developed relationships with healthcare leaders to understand operational needs, identify product solutions and share best practices. Polly also served as director of member services with The Advisory Board Company.
Phil SawaVP of Sales
Phil brings nearly 25 years of healthcare technology sales experience to iSirona, where he oversees the national sales team. Prior to joining iSirona in 2010, Phil served as regional VP and territory VP of sales at McKesson. While there, he regularly exceeded aggressive annual sales goals, built new sales teams from the ground up and improved customer satisfaction.
Jena MilanGeneral Manager, Data Management Solutions
Jena brings over 17 years of experience in technology product management, sales and marketing. Prior to joining iSirona in 2007, Jena worked for Serving Software, Inc., where she participated in the launch of a healthcare scheduling solution that resulted in the company’s acquisition by McKesson. Jena has also held senior-level sales and account management positions at McKesson, Computer Associates and Acxiom.
Christopher RogowskiGeneral Manager, Clinical Solutions
Christopher has been with iSirona since 2010, serving as Regional VP of Sales before taking on his current responsibilities as General Manager. His successful involvement in several large-scale re-engineering programs demonstrates the awareness and commitment to detail that is required to orchestrate change in healthcare organizations. Christopher possesses over 23 years of experience in diverse healthcare environments at a senior level, including hospital operations, consulting, and the solution-provider space.
